How Your Total Is Calculated
Book subtotal = (per-page price ÷ divisor) × pages × copies
Normal subtotal = per-page price × pages × copies
Paper colour = surcharge × pages × copies (Book: ÷ divisor)
Pages = total pages across every PDF in the order
Binding cost = flat fee × number of PDFs (if binding selected)
Cover cost = flat fee × number of PDFs (if cover selected)
Cover design = flat fee × PDFs with your own cover artwork
Delivery = once per order, however many PDFs it has
Express = surcharge (if selected)
Total = Subtotal + Paper colour + Binding + Cover + Cover design + Delivery + Express − Coupon
