These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Digital Nilkhet (“we”, “us”, or “our”) governing your access to and use of our website, mobile-friendly ordering platform, and printing and binding services in Bangladesh.

By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

Digital Nilkhet provides online document printing and binding services to customers across Bangladesh. You upload a PDF, configure print specifications, pay in advance via bKash, and receive your printed materials by courier or direct delivery.

We operate from Dhaka and deliver nationwide. All prices are quoted and charged in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). We do not offer cash on delivery, international shipping, or payment methods other than bKash.

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian
• Reside in Bangladesh and provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number (format: 01XXXXXXXXX)
• Provide accurate contact and delivery information
• Have the legal right to print and distribute the content you upload

We reserve the right to refuse service to any person or order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, copyright infringement, or violation of Bangladeshi law.

You may place orders as a guest or with a registered account. When you complete checkout, an account may be created automatically using the name, email, and phone number you provide. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Orders are placed through our multi-step wizard: upload → specifications → delivery → review → payment. A binding contract is formed only when we confirm your payment and your order status changes to “Payment Confirmed”.

Before payment, you may review your order summary including page count, specifications, delivery address, and total price. Once payment is confirmed and printing has begun, changes to specifications are generally not possible.

You may order up to 50 copies per order. For larger volumes, please contact us for a custom quote.

We accept PDF files only. Each file must meet the following requirements:

• Maximum file size: 50 MB
• Maximum page count: 1,000 pages per file
• Must not be password-protected or encrypted
• Must be legible and suitable for printing at the specifications you select

Your responsibility: You warrant that you own the content you upload or have obtained all necessary permissions, licences, or authorisations to reproduce it. This includes compliance with the Copyright Act, 2000 (Bangladesh) and any applicable academic, institutional, or publisher policies.

We do not routinely inspect the substance of uploaded files, but we reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or report any order containing content that violates Bangladeshi law or these Terms. Uploaded files are stored securely and are not made publicly accessible.

All prices are displayed in BDT (৳) and are determined by our current rate card, which covers per-page printing (by paper type, colour, and size), binding, cover options, delivery charges, and any express surcharges. Rates may change without prior notice; however, the price shown in your order summary at checkout is the price you pay for that order.

Promotional coupons, where available, are subject to their individual terms and may not be combined unless explicitly stated. See our pricing page for current rates.

Payment is accepted exclusively via bKash. We require 100% advance payment before any printing begins. We do not accept cash on delivery, bank transfer, Nagad, credit cards, or any other payment method.

After confirming your order, you will be directed to complete payment through the bKash platform. Your order is confirmed only after we verify the transaction on our end — the bKash redirect alone does not constitute confirmation. You must provide the correct bKash Transaction ID (TrxID) where prompted.

If you submit an incorrect TrxID, contact us immediately with the correct details and your order number. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete payment information.

Our standard business hours are Sunday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). We are closed on Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays observed in Bangladesh.

Orders placed outside business hours are queued and processed on the next business day. Express printing, where selected, receives priority processing subject to the cut-off times stated on our website.

You will receive status updates by SMS and email as your order progresses through: Payment Confirmed → Processing → Quality Check → Ready for Dispatch → Dispatched → Delivered. You may also track your order in your account dashboard.

We deliver nationwide across all 64 districts of Bangladesh.

• Inside Dhaka: Direct delivery, typically 1–2 business days (standard) or same-day for express orders placed before 12:00 PM
• Outside Dhaka: Courier delivery, typically 3–5 business days (standard) or next business day (express)

Delivery charges are calculated based on your delivery area and shown in your order summary before payment. You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address including district, upazila/thana, and a reachable phone number.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided or to a person reasonably believed to be authorised to receive it. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours with photographs; we will reprint and redeliver at no additional cost where the damage occurred in transit or due to our error.

You may cancel an order and receive a full refund only while your order has not yet entered the printing stage (status: Payment Confirmed). Cancel via your order dashboard or contact us at [email protected] or +880 1719-325917.

Once printing has started (Processing stage or beyond), cancellation and refunds are not available. Approved refunds are returned to your bKash account within 5–7 business days. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

We may cancel an order and issue a full refund if we are unable to fulfil it due to a file error, technical failure on our side, or discovery of prohibited content.

The Digital Nilkhet name, logo, website design, and proprietary systems are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our branding without written permission.

You retain ownership of the content in files you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to reproduce your files solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We do not claim ownership of your documents and do not use your content for marketing or any purpose beyond order fulfilment.

If you believe your copyrighted work has been uploaded by another user in violation of the Copyright Act, 2000, please contact us with details and we will investigate promptly.

You must not use our services to print, reproduce, or distribute content that:

• Violates any law of Bangladesh, including the Penal Code, 1860, the Copyright Act, 2000, the Information and Communication Technology Act, 2006, and the Digital Security Act, 2018
• Is defamatory, obscene, hateful, or incites violence or discrimination
• Infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party
• Contains forged documents, counterfeit certificates, or fraudulent materials
• Is intended to deceive, harass, or harm any person or entity

We cooperate with law enforcement where required by Bangladeshi law. Violation of this section may result in immediate order cancellation, account termination, and referral to the appropriate authorities.

We strive to deliver high-quality printing that matches your specifications. However, minor colour variations, slight trimming differences, and other tolerances normal in commercial printing are not grounds for rejection.

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Bangladesh, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to your order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009 where applicable, or excludes liability for fraud or matters that cannot be excluded under Bangladeshi law.

We collect and process personal information including your name, email, phone number, delivery address, and order history to provide our services. Payment is processed through bKash; we do not store your bKash PIN or mobile banking credentials.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting our support team. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

You may also seek remedies available under the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009 through the relevant consumer protection authorities in Bangladesh.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision took effect.

Material changes will be communicated via our website or by email where appropriate. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
